12th Sep 2021 - Fishing Report w/e 12th September 2021

A mixture of methods and flies have been productive this week, Lures fished in the top few feet of water have taken some decent numbers, however Daddy's, Hoppers and Buzzers have still been working throughout this week.
On Sunday we held our Annual fundraiser in aid of Breast Cancer now. As a rough count currently, we have raised over £850 however we still have some items to auction, which will take place in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for the auctions going live.

  • Keith Burwood returned 4 fish to Long Crag using Shammy's and Devine Dancers
  • Ken Glenton used Dries and Buzzers to return 16 fish to Long Crag
  • Jim Lumsden returned 5 fish to Long Crag using a Beady
  • Brian Corkhill landed 6 fish from Coe Crag using Dries
  • Rob Hall returned 24 fish over two visits this week using Buzzers
  • Tony Barclay landed 9 fish from Long Crag using Yellow Owl CDC's, while Float Tubing
  • John Barnes safely returned 7 fish to Long Crag using Buzzers
  • S. Spencer also returned 7 fish using Buzzers
  • Mick Brown returned 17 fish to Long Crag using Lures, Blobs and Buzzers, best fish at 9lb
  • Stewart Younger returned 7 fish between both lakes using Sedge Hogs and Bloodworms
  • Alan Theilman returned 5 fish to Coe Crag using a White Daddy, best fish was a 8lb Blue Trout
  • Davy Kay returned 6 fish between both lakes
  • Rodney Burn returned 8 fish between both lakes using Diawl Bach's
  • Steven Fish landed 11 fish between both lakes using various Flies
  • Tim Mather landed 5 fish from Long Crag using Dries
