15th Mar 2020 - Fishing Report w/e 15th March 2020

Another week of continued good bag numbers, and some nice fish in the 5-8lb region have kept the anglers persisting through the strong winds and rain. Lures again have accounted for most of the fish being caught. The weather forecast predicts for another good week ahead of us, and with anglers reporting some good numbers of fish rising, we may begin to see some 'top of the water sport'

We held the second heat of our Spring Pairs Competition on Sunday. Well done to everyone who qualified, and thanks to those anglers who turned up despite the mixed forecast.

1st pair - Alan Morton & Keith Row

2nd Pair - Jack Metcalf & Pauline Godward

3rd Pair - Jimmy Henderson & Ross Calder

Congratulationsto everyone who has now qualified for the final in April.
