2nd Feb 2020 - Fishing Report w/e 2nd February 2020

Cold winds, and a few frosty mornings, hasn't put the fish off but has pushed them slightly deeper in the water column. White Lures and Fritz patterns have proved most successful this week, and with a more settled week of weather to come, we should continue to see some cracking bag numbers. Some nice overwintered fish have been landed this week as well as some of our Thrunton Tigers being landed, Alan Tait landed a lovely 6-7lb Tiger from Long Crag this week (See Gallery).

  • Cory Dow used a Fritz to keep 3 fish weighing in at 8lb 10oz, having a 'Great Day'

  • Gareth Beagarie from Seaton Delaval returned 4 fish to Coe Crag
  • Steve Noble from Linton used a Green Lure to return 4 fish to Coe Crag.
