8th Nov 2021 - Fishing Report W/E 7-11-21

Ever changing conditions from day to day has given a real mixture of productive flies this week. Top hat buzzers and Dries have taken some very good bag numbers, when the conditions were right, but bloodworms and Lures have also taken some decent numbers during the cooler and windy weather. Guy Nicholson landed two cracking Brownies this week using Amber Bloodworms on Long Crag Lake.

A. Foggin returned 17 fish between both lakes using Apps Bloodworms and Shammys

Bob Bell landed 12 fish over two visits using Dries

Dan Hardy landed 9 fish from Long Crag using Apps Bloodworms

Matty Devine landed 20 fish using Devine Dancers, Assassins and Bloodworms

Spike Millican landed 21 fish over two visits this week using Lures

Ken Glenton safely released 18 fish to Coe Crag

Rob Hall retuned 26 fish over two visits using Buzzers and Lures

Jimmy Drew landed 12 fish using lures and blobs

Jim Lumsden returned 20 fish to Long Crag using Beadies

Ian Santos landed 13 fish over two visits using Bloodwoms, Diawl Bachs and Assassins

Dean Hedley netted 8 fish using Top Hat Buzzers and Hares Ears

Mick Brown netted 20 fish from Long Crag using Lures

Brian Burdis landed 11 fish from Long Crag using Dries

Terry Toner landed 17 fish over two visits using Diawl Bachs and Shammys

John Williams used Damsels to return 10 fish to Long Crag

Guy Nicholson returned 23 fish over 2 sessions while staying in bracken cottage.

Jeff Jordan returned 5 to Coe Crag using Blobs.

Tony Rowley released 15 on Long Crag Using Bloodworms Fabs and Black Lures. And another 10 on his second visit using a black Fluffcat.

Gary Surtees returned 7 to Long Crag Using Black Bunny Leeches including a PB rainbow weighing 16.2lb.

Baz Burger returned 9 over both lakes using various flies.

Rob Hall released 11 on Long Crag using lures.

Dean Palmer released 2 and kept 4 from Long Crag using Black Fluffcats.

Steve Fish returned 9 over both lakes using various flies.

Brian Scrouther returned 6 to Long Crag using Wicked White Buzzers.
